Aqenvo built RunnerSync for DV Jewelry Corporation, a Manhattan diamond wholesaler. The mobile system replaces verbal follow-ups, forgotten runner requests, paper signatures and fragmented evidence storage with one clear company workflow.
Pickup and delivery requests depended on someone remembering and following up. At the same time, jewelry, stone, reception and shipping teams captured photos and videos on different company phones, signed into different accounts and stored evidence in different locations.
Staff submit a request once and follow its live status. Jewelry photos, stone records, reception evidence, memos, invoices and shipping media all reach the same company Drive while remaining separated into dedicated department folders. Shipping videos are filed under the relevant tracking ID.
Pickups and deliveries are assigned, prioritized and tracked from request to completion. The team can find evidence without checking different phones or accounts, while every department keeps a clear and organized record.
Aqenvo did not add another generic task manager. We translated DV Jewelry Corporation's real office, runner, shipping and document processes into role-specific workflows, then connected them through a controlled data and evidence architecture.

RunnerSync replaced “Did someone pick that up?” and “Which phone has that video?” with one shared operating record and one organized company evidence archive.
Staff can see what was requested, who is handling it and whether it is pending, in progress, completed or failed.
Documents can be reviewed and signed in the app, removing the need to complete and file the workflow on paper.
